When will my order be shipped?
We are delighted to offer “Free Global Shipping,” covering the shipping cost from Thailand to your destination country. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment. Please note, orders placed during weekends and holidays may necessitate additional processing time. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

International (outside Thailand): 15-25 business days. Kindly note these are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections or transit delays.

 

How will I know if my order has been received?
Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an email containing your order number and details. Once your order has been dispatched, a delivery confirmation email will be sent, inclusive of a photo of your package and tracking information.

Why might my order not be delivered within the estimated time?
Our shipping estimates are provided by Thailand Post. We’ve been informed that certain countries may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety measures. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Why was my order sent in multiple packages?
Thailand Post sets a value limit for international shipments. If your order exceeds this limit, it may be sent in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.

 

What should I do if my order was damaged during delivery?
We take great care in securely packaging items to prevent damage during shipping. However, if an item is damaged during transit, please promptly contact us at rlprojectparts@gmail.com. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to initiate a claim and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

 

In case the package is returned:
We offer complimentary shipping for all initial delivery attempts. In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient being unavailable or unable to receive the package, we propose the following resolution: We will resend the package, with you responsible for the shipping costs. Details regarding shipping costs and payment will be promptly communicated via email upon receiving the returned package.

As our valued customer, we kindly request your understanding regarding potential delays due to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees payable upon delivery. For more detailed information, please consult your country’s customs office. Please note, we do not assume responsibility for any customs fees or taxes imposed by the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to settle such fees or taxes.
